We have decided to move on to a new area of Spain, so our apartment, which we have lived in for twelve years is now for sale. The urbanizacion is called Bahia de Vera Urb and is situated in Vera Playa, Vera, Almeria, Spain.

Although we have lived here permanently it is also suitable for a holiday home or for rentals. The apartment is in good condition and has recently had the exterior repainted.
