Visited earlier this year and cant praise the place enough. Food was great, you wont go hungry. Great value for money. Only problem (for me now) they only take couples and I am currently single, so cant go unless I find a willing male partner. :-(

LGBT stands for Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender

Found this relating to LGBT

LGBT is an initialism that collectively refers to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. In use since the 1990s, the term LGBT is an adaptation of the initialism LGB, which itself started replacing the phrase gay community beginning in the mid-to-late 1980s,[1] which many within the community in question felt did not accurately represent all those to whom it referred.[2] The initialism has become mainstream as a self-designation and has been adopted by the majority of sexuality and gender identity-based community centers and media in the United States and some other English-speaking countries.[3][4]

The term LGBT is intended to emphasize a diversity of sexuality and gender identity-based cultures and is sometimes used to refer to anyone who is non-heterosexual or non-cisgender instead of exclusively to people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender.[2][5] To recognize this inclusion, a popular variant adds the letter Q for those who identify as queer and/or are questioning their sexual identity as LGBTQ, recorded since 1996.[6]

On the one hand, some intersex people who want to be included in LGBT groups suggest an extended initialism LGBTI (recorded since 1999[7]).[8] This initialism "LGBTI" is used in all parts of "The Activist's Guide" of the Yogyakarta Principles in Action.[9] Furthermore, the initialism LGBTIH has seen use in India to encompass the hijra third gender identity and the related subculture.[10] More recently the catch-all term "Gender and Sexual Diversity" GSD has been proposed.[11]

Whether or not LGBT people actually openly identify themselves as being so may depend on whether the environment one lives in is discriminatory or not, as well as the status of LGBT rights where one lives.

Don't bother enquiring unless you are a couple. That is all that they take.

Just returned from our first visit, which certainly won't be the last. Cabin, food and facilities all 5 star, not to mention the brilliant family. We were very well looked after and they were very friendly.

Keep it up Chris and Dave (and the car mechanics).

Weve just returned from our first visit there and can only sing its praises. exactly as the previous review. Other couples there very friendly and all on repeat visits. We'll certainly go there again.
Very peaceful and relaxing.
Studland beach wonderful and only a short drive away.
Thanks again to Chris and all the team for making the stay so enjoyable.

Just back from a superb stay. Everything here is first class. The owners were charming and helpfull, working hard to ensure their guests derived the maximum benefit from their stay. There is a large covered in pool and a giant spar. Our cabin was nice and cosy with a king sized bed. The choice of food, together with its excellent quality, made our stay complete.

What can we say? We visited for the first time in 2010, and made three visits in total that year, We have already booked for Christmas this year, and booked the entire venue to stay with friends this summer.

The food is 4+ star, the facilities first rate, and the couple running the place always smile as they throw buckets of water over you.

We guess we recommended Dilly Dally's to anyone 40+

Meals excellent. Facilities extensive and clean. Accomodation pratical and clean. Hosts rude and unpleasant. Not an LGBT Friendly establishment. Not sensitive to the needs of women of child bearing age.
