Does anybody frequent lighthouse Beach anymore? We are keen to go and explore.

Great Fish River Lighthouse Beach is beautiful the walk (steep) to get to the beach is well worth it, no signage no body, no amenities rather naked in fact. Unfortunate that sea trash has washed up on the beach in places perhaps a nude clean up the naked beach would help boost popularity although on second thoughts don’t tell anyone next thing the dunes will be full of Randy Bay(voy)ers

Eastern Cape Nudist Group from Port Elizabeth, Port Alfred and East London do on rare occasions arrange for a weekend get-together at Fish River Lighthouse. A favorite get-together though is at Buff Lodge near East London and Buff Nothing in Port Elizabeth. Otherwise in Port Alfred is nothing and I, living in Port Alfred, can only go to the above named two places.

Was there last weekend 12.04.14. But it is easy to have a nudist beach, when the whole day nobody is around.

I have been to the light house and walked the steep path all I could see that day were fisherman no sighn of any nudist also no signs that its a nudist beach suppose their is no supsotute for sandy bay.i would like to know how busy does this beach get in summer is it well supported by nudist?

We holiday every year down at Port Alfred and Fish River and would really like to find out where this Official beach is. We worked out that it should be at Riet river (3 sisters). Would be great if we could have our own EC nudist beach and not have to travel all the way to CT to spend time on a nudist beach.

I tried to find South Africa's ONLY OFFICIAL NUDIST BEACH, but I am not quite sure if I did....from the Fish River Lighthouse, I walked down a very steep path directly to the seaside, and then???? No sign-boards whatsoever,and no-one was there. but never-the-less stunning, desolate and beautiful. Could I maybe get directions from the lighthouse keeper?
Any help from naturists who have been there would be much appreciated.
