Stayed here for 5 nights in July 2015. It is a large site with some statics and a good sized area for camping/caravanning (slightly sloping with some shade at top of site) Very welcoming and super helpful staff. Some of the facilities are a little dated but everything worked and was clean. Showers hot with lots of water.Day visitors admitted but this wasn't a problem as there is plenty of space. Good lake for swimming / boating (take your own boat) Bar close to 'grass beach'
Ideal and very safe for children and families. Cycling routes nearby
