Camp Baldarin is located on the southern coast of the island of Cres, in a natural oasis of peace, and situated in Punta Križa, surrounded by crystal clear seas. With a tradition of over 40 years for naturism camping, Baldarin is one of the oldest naturist campsites in the Adriatic. If we add the superior accommodation services and friendly hosts, camping in Baldarin is an ideal naturist holiday choice.

Charming location providing an intimate camping experience

Punta Križa is a charming little town formed by the intersection of old shepherd routes that now lead to many weekend houses. The southern part of the island of Cres where the camp is located is one of the most abundant areas in the entire Lošinj-Cres Archipelago, so are likely to encounter fawn, a fallow deer or a dolphin in the sea during your in the camp.

Choice of sports, beaches, naturist and non-naturist.

In addition to accommodation services and modern sanitary facilities, the camp offers sporting options such as tennis, beach volley and mini golf and our restaurant offers island specialties.
There are two bays in the camp, Bokinić i Baldarin, each with its own pebble beach. Between the two bays is a 2 km long rocky shore from which you can dive into the crystal clear seas of the Adriatic coast.
The camp is 2/3 naturist and 1/3 textile, allowing plenty of privacy for both naturism camping as well as non-naturism camping.
The nearby town of Osor, once the largest town on the islands of Cres and Lošinj and now a small town, invites you to discover some of its numerous cultural landmarks, such as the Osor Cathedral where the Osor Music Evenings are held in summertime.
If you are looking for a naturism camping holiday and relaxing peace peace amidst preserved natural surrounding where crowds and noise are just a fading memory, camping in Baldarin is the ideal choice for you.

Travelling to the campsite

You will drive most of the way from the ferry port in Merag (island of Cres) or Porozina (island Cres) on a reconstructed island road to the town of Osor. Turn left directly before the town of Osor and drive 15 km to Naturist Camp Baldarin. A very narrow road leads to the camp, where it is difficult for two vehicles to pass each other in some parts. Please drive carefully and slowly to Naturist Camp Baldarin because you will forget all traffic problems once you arrive at the destination.

Campers like and appreciate this camp for its distance from the city (summer) hustle and bustle and for the intimate environment it provides. Settle on one of the Premium Parcelled Camping Pitches closest to the sea and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and a view of the neighbouring island of Lošinj.
Directions:
The islands of Cres and Lošinj belong to the Cres and Lošinj Archipelago, an island group in Kvarner Bay, the largest one in the Croatian Adriatic. Cres, the second largest Croatian island (length: 68 km, width: 13 km), is connected with the island of Lošinj via its Osor Port and a moving bridge.
The Lošinj Archipelago includes Lošinj (74.68 km2) and smaller islands such as Unije, Ilovike, Susak, Vele Srakane, Male Srakane and 30 other smaller islands, islets and reefs.

Arrival by Car
TIP!
Slovenia has introduced a motorway vignette for vehicles exceeding 1.30 m maximum permitted height.
In Slovenia a special motorway vignette is required for the vehicles with a height of over 1.30 m in the amount of EUR 30.00
To avoid such an expense we recommend the following route (route proposal from Munich):
Munich - Villach - Udine - Basovizza - Rupa - Valbiska - Merag - Mali Lošinj

By car from Trieste (Italy): border crossing Pasjak – Opatija – Brestova ferry port – ferry to Porozina – islands of Cres and Lošinj.
By car from Ljubljana (Slovenia): border crossing Rupa – Rijeka – island of Krk (crossing the bridge) – Valbiska ferry port – ferry to Merag – islands of Cres and Lošinj; it is also possible via the border crossing Rupa – Rijeka – Opatija – Brestova ferry port – ferry to Porozina – islands of Cres and Lošinj.

The ferry ride takes approximately 20 minutes. You will buy the tickets in the port, they cannot be reserved.
